The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center is a full-service hospitality property serving corporate groups, convention attendees, and large-scale event clients.
With expansive convention facilities and versatile meeting spaces along The Woodlands Waterway, the sales team needed a more effective way to present the property to remote planners and corporate clients.
The Challenge
After growing frustrated with their previous virtual tour provider, The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center needed an easier-to-use software solution that clients could seamlessly navigate to place themselves inside the property.

- Organized sales documents within the platform
- A single, shareable link for proposals and virtual walkthroughs
Sales managers could now embed the platform on their website, share it via email or text, and guide clients through spaces during live calls.
